Mock Interviews—Concept

40 panellist (new and existing)
1 ½ hour per mock Interview (1 hour Interview, ½ hour feedback)

The objective is to assess questions/questioning technique

8. Proposal: Training of Interviewers - CRPE
Follow up by CRPE
Only trainees having attended at least 80% of the Programme will be retained as future panellists.
Panellists will be registered by CRPE on their field of competence.
New Panellists will be invited to attend interviews chaired by experienced panellists to acquire experience.
Each Panellist will draw an allowance of Rs for each session attended.
Being given the large number of applicants for Stage 2 Registration expected as from October 2018, trained panellists will have to sign a written undertaking of their availability to conduct interviews whenever called by the CRPE.
