SP Housefellow, Professor Arnie Barnett hosts… Hingham Commuter Ferry Boat Cruise!!! Top 3 Reasons to go to Hingham on the Ferry with Arnie Arnie is widely known as one of funniest and most interesting professors at MIT. He is also an expert in transportation logistics, the airline industry, and is the only professor in history to make Probability and Statistics an oversubscribed class at Sloan. This ferry, the scenery, and the ride is a local secret. You will not find it in any tour book. And without Arnie, you wouldn’t find it at all. You’re not really cool until you’ve been to Hingham. Friday, October 15th 12:30-3:30pm Spots are limited, so sign up today! Ferry Tickets are $12 round trip. Tickets for Sidney Pacific residents will be partially subsidized. 14 Deadlines, etc. Reimbursement deadline for summer cycle is 11:59 pm Saturday, 10/9/04. Fall funding period starts tomorrow. For any events for which you have been allocated funds, please make sure that events are made definite on the S-P events calendar.

15 Source of funding All poster for GSC-sponsored events must include the seal shown below. LEF and ARCADE event publicity should also acknowledge funding source. Ask SPEC if you’re not sure!

16 Travel When budgeting for events, please plan for travel expenses. This could be in the form of ZipCar, rental car, or per-mile personal travel claim ($0.37/mile). S-P cannot reimburse for any damages to anyone incurred and/or associated repairs.
