Final Jeopardy Researchers want to find out if eating hot peppers would increase a person’s ability to remember items on a long grocery list. Forty-five males and 45 females were used in the experiment. A third of these people (group A) was given hot peppers while studying the list. Another third (group B) was given nothing while studying the list. The final third (group C) was given pickles while studying the list (to see if eating anything helped improve memory) After gathering all their results, researchers found that Group A did sub sequentially better than group B but about the same as group C.
