2. There are 100 hectares with approximately 7,000 olive trees over 500 years old.
There is an annual output of 900,000 kg.
Annual subsidy of approximately 50,000 euros.
The company has it's own brand of oil.- Olive oil extra virgin Samaria

3. There are two processing mills on the property
The first is the original mill of the estate, which was used until last year.
The other mill is a computerized one.
For storage of oil there are four warehouses with a capacity of 1,100,000 kg.

4. The mills have a production capacity of 6,000,000 Kg.
There is also a bottling room and other rooms for various treatments of olives to produce oil.
There is also an office and point of sale to the final consumer of oil

5. There are several storage sheds for machinery and tools used on the estate.
There are also sheds for the oil storage boxes ready for sale.
All machinery, tractors, trailers, equipment etc for working the farm is included in the sale.

6. Owners’ Mansion
The house of the former owners is a mansion built in 1900.
The large mansion needs renovation.
There are two or three areas of temporary accommodation.

17. The Hacienda Santa Maria is located on the road from Linares-Jabalquinto in the province of Jaen, Andalusia.
It is approximately 10 km from the A-44 motorway.
The town of Linares is 5 km from the property.
Hacienda Santa Maria is in a beautiful setting next to the Castle Tobaruela.
