Make certain that the IEP is locked

Save an electronic version of all rosters
Verifying and updating student rosters for reporting purposes.
Students who are participating in the Alternate K-PREP should be included on the roster and designated as Alternate Assessment.
Students for whom a non-participation has been requested should be included on the roster.
Annotate the roster for students who move during the testing window.

14. EOC Rosters
In mid/late April, OAA will provide DACs with a list of seniors that are missing an EOC score or without a non-participation to assist with roster cleanup
OAA will add all seniors missing EOC scores or without a non-participation to the rosters based on current available EOC data
All EOC tested students and seniors that are expected to graduate are to be on the rosters
When spring testing rosters open in mid/late April, DACs will be able to file non-participations for EOCs
New added non-participation: EOC Graduation Issue
OAA will produce the list of seniors that are missing an EOC or do not have a non-participation for the missing EOC. Districts will download the file from the secure site.

16. Prioritizing Your Data Review
Schools and districts may review all available student information. OAA encourages focus on these priorities.
Step 1 Accountability (Priority One) (From Spring 2014 K-PREP Window)
Confirm 100 day students that will contribute to the district or school accountability. Change any non-100 day students that should be removed from the district/school accountability to the correct school/district/state accountability.
Step 2 Demographics (Priority Two) (From September 2015)
Check free-reduced lunch and students with disability status (IEP), since these have potential to change over time.
Confirm ethnicity and race categories.
