Ensure universal access to affordable, reliable energy services
Increase the share of renewable energy in the global energy mix
Double the global rate of improvement in energy efficiency
Enhance international cooperation to facilitate access to clean energy research and technology, including renewable energy and energy efficiency
Expand infrastructure and upgrade technology for supplying modern and sustainable energy services for all in developing countries

5. UN Paris Climate Summit
Set the goal of limiting global warming to less than 2 degrees Celsius (°C) compared to pre-industrial levels before 2100.
Some scientists calculate that zero emissions will need to be reached between 2030 to 2050 in order to achieved the 2 degrees Celsius (°C) target.
Between April 2016-April 2017 all countries must implement laws which enable these goals to be met and must sign the Paris agreement.
At present the largest changes need to occur in China and the USA

6. UN Paris Climate Summit
The participating 195 countries agreed, by consensus, to the final global pact.
This is not set in stone until the top 55 countries, who produce approximately 51% of the earths emission sign.
