3. PE Uniforms (no open toed shoes)
All students at CCHS are required to wear a PE uniform
Students must wear:

4. Lockers Each student is assigned a locker in the locker room.
Students are required to bring a combination lock to school with them.
The teachers will then assign students a locker.

5. CLASSROOM RULES
-Your teacher must be present before you enter the gym, hallways or assigned areas
No gum, candy, food, sodas, or sport drinks in class or locker room
No electronic devices or cell phones allowed in class or locker room. Teachers may allow for instructional purposes.
Show respect for your classmates and all teachers

6. Grading Policy Class is based on 75% Participation
20% Class work (tests, fitness folders, class handouts)
5% Citizenship
Each students received 5 points a day. Students have the opportunity to keep all their points by dressing out, participating, showing good citizenship and following the directions that are set forth by their teacher
Each time a student does not dress for class they will lose 10 points off their grade.
Make-up Policy – each student is responsible for getting work from their teacher for excused absences.
