7 Actions ’11 to ‘12 The regatta calendar offer appropriate competitions for all, and published online Fleet plan reflects changing membership and competition requirements Private boat/oar storage controlled, racking improved, made safer Membership process has been improved MUBC Approved Beginner partnership with Rowing School Victoria MUBC Junior program began during non-rowing time in schools Mike Steele has joined MUBC as Youth & Development coach Volunteer coaches are involved at all levels of the club A new Financial Officer has been appointed recently

8 Future Changes ‘13 and beyond
Less change and more consolidation of what we do well Improve logistics for large regattas involving trips away Develop the social program at MUBC Hoped for adoption of Regatta Central by RV to streamline database and payment options
