1. How do I create a quote & comparison for new prospect?
Log-in Producer Toolbox
From home page, two ways to create quote:
Click Incoming Business tab, see Individual Quotes & Comparisons*, select Create New Quote/Comparison, OR
Click New Quote (under Line of Business, Individual)
Note: If logged in as Agency, pop-up will display and must select writing Agent. **
Enter applicant/policy information on New Quote – Demographics page
Scroll down page to check subsidy eligibility, select
Click Next to go to Product Selection page
Select up to 5 plans to compare by clicking box next to each plan
Include dental/vision , select from options in drop down below each medical plan
To generate a comparison, select Review Selected Plans
To print or save to dashboard, select Save
To quote & comparison, select
*Individual Quotes & Comparison visible if default line of business is set to Individual.
**If logged in as writing agent, writing agent field will be log-in.
