This room is available to Member and non members of this Club. Catering is provided with an extensive menu selection to suit any occasion with endless options.
Full Bar facilities are available in each room with a beverage list that can be tailored to suit your needs .
We have seating for approx 300 guests, and we can also make this room smaller by pulling the bi fold doors this separates the two.
Decorations: All rooms are available for decoration on the day of the function. In case of larger functions set up maybe done the night before.
Please do not put anything on the walls.
Costs: The cost is $25.00 per hour for Members of our Club, $50.00 per hour for non members. If a Special Licence is required it is an additional cost of $
Entertainment:
This can be provided by yourself – Bands, Solo Performers, D.J;s or Juke Box. We do have a connection for an ipod if you require it.
Food/Beverage:
All Food and Beverage must be purchased from the Club. Therefore no Food or Alcohol can be brought onto the premises. All catering is done on site.

CONDITIONS OF USE
The Hirer is responsible for their guest’s behaviour and any breakages or damage that may occur.
All catering and refreshments to be provided by the Kaiapoi Club
Room Hire fee to be paid when presenting this form unless arranged otherwise
If the booking is not accepted by the Club a full refund will be given
If the booking is cancelled by the hirer Room Hire will be refunded but you will forfeit your Special Licence fee.
Bar accounts must be paid for on the night unless arranged otherwise.
The function room needs to be left in a tidy condition with all decorations taken down and furniture returned to seating plan as attached.
Club dress rules apply to all areas.
Any concerns must be reported to the Duty Manager immediately. The Duty Manager’s decisions are final and binding.
