They are to be signed each weekend by an adult.
Agendas Purpose: To be used as an organizational tool by students and as a communication system by parents/families and teachers They are to be signed each weekend by an adult. We check every Monday. Reward- less than 6 signatures = Invitation to Quarterly Reward Party Consequences for signatures: 3 = call to parent 6 = loss of Quarterly Reward Party 9 (and every 3 after that)= after school detention in cafeteria and parent has to pick up at 4:15pm 12 = Administrators brought in for help The good news… If your child goes 5 school days without a signature, s/he can bring the Agenda Book to a teacher to get one erased!

Healthy Snack Please make sure that the snacks that are being sent in are healthy and NUT FREE! No Birthday Treats Sent In Team A teachers will acknowledge each students special day but no treats from home.

Edulastic All common assessments will be taken on Edulastic
Students will be expected to show their work for each problem on paper. Students will be able to reflect on their score by logging on to Edulastic after the assessment has been graded. Students will be required to fill in an assessment reflection sheet after each common assessment.

Book Orders Orders can be made online each month scholastic.com/bookclubs Team Secret Code-H92JK Orders place on the 15th each month. You can order from ANY flier. If it is a gift, Mrs. B. so she can get books to YOU. These orders help Team A get FREE books for our library.

Report Cards and Conferences
Internet: Soon, grades will be available electronically for parents to view at home. More information will come from Mrs. Mineard when this is ready to view. Report Cards: Sent home on a Friday for Q1, Q2, and Q3. Return the envelope signed with your child on Monday. Keep the contents Q4 Report Card is mailed several days after the end of school Specials Report Cards (Art, Music, PE) are completed by semester. Conferences: Initially called by team teachers or administrators. Letters will be mailed so that those who receive may schedule. After, remaining times are open for any interested parents. We will accommodate any one interested in conferencing with us about your child.
