( “One Day Symposium on Recent Trends in Polymer Science” 9th July 2016 (Saturday) SPS, India is an apex body of polymer researchers in India. The aim and objective of SPS is to promote the general advancement of science and technology of polymers in the country, and to provide a forum for exchange of information amongst polymer researchers in India. SPS (I) operates through eight regional chapters. The chapters organize seminars, conferences and workshops on scientific and technological problems in polymer science. SPS Pune chapter was founded in July 1990 and has been very active with nearly 250 life members drawn from research institutes/organizations and universities in the vicinity. Organized by : SPSI- Pune Chapter; NCL-Pune and IISER-Pune CSIR-National Chemical Laboratory, Pune Indian Institute of Science Education & Research-Pune Theme: The symposium will cover the topics in recent developments in the area of polymer science and technology and eminent researches from India will deliver lectures. The symposium is open to all on the first come, first served basis and there is no registration fee. You are requested to send your name, organization and position held to: Dr. C.V.
