2. Portal Website
To enter the Global Secure Travel Risk Management website please go to the dedicated link for HKBU

3. Travel Security Website Registration & Log in
At this point even without registration you have access to country information, risk map and the alerts dashboard. PLEASE NOTE You cannot subscribe to risk alerts until you have completed registration
Please (if not already done so) click on register and register your name and address

4. Travel Security Website Registration
After clicking ‘Register’ complete the registration form. An will be sent to your account to verify the address

5. Travel Security Website Log in
After registration all future log in will only require you to
enter your registered and personal password

6. Website Settings
In the settings menu you can subscribe for alerts or edit your profile

Click on ‘New Subscription’ to subscribe to Push Alerts

Your alerts subscription can be for specific dates from and to, countries, cities and or risk levels

You can update your profile settings at any time by entering updated information

13. Login Open the App and enter your email address
Enter your Membership No.: GS00053HK
Press “Login”

14. Registration
Once logged in the app will open on “Personal Details” page
Complete all empty boxes and then select “Save Changes”

15. Location
Upon completing “Personal Details” section the App will direct you to “Country Intelligence” section and will detect your home country and bring up information about that country
Please note all future log in will direct you immediately to this page

16. Country Intelligence
“Country Intel” section is also available in main menu
“Country Intel” section allows you to research information pertaining selected countries
To search for other countries select search button and select from the list or type the country

17. Main Menu Press “Main Menu” button to go to ‘Menu’ page
Here you can choose various topics

Within ‘Security Advice’ section you can seek information regarding the following subjects:

Within ‘Medical Advice’ section you can seek guidance and information regarding the following subjects for both adults and children:

The App is programmed to call your dedicated hotline by press the RED Emergency Call button
