4 Behavior Plan All students are expected to follow the school handbook rules. Class rules have been established last week and are always being adapted to see what works best for us. First warning, Lunch Detention, Walk at Recess, Contact Parents Serious offenses: Contact Mr. Trott and Parents Immediately

5 Math Curriculum Monday-Friday 9:36-10:21
Numeration (place Value and Rounding) Decimals to Hundredths, Addition, Subtraction, Multiplication Multiplication and Division Fraction Equivalence and Ordering Operations with Fractions Geometry Area and Perimeter Measurements and Graphs Each science unit will be supplemented by an activity or lab. These will most likely take place on Mondays since there is such a long Science Period

7 Math Grading Policy (Synnett)
Tests- 30 points each Quizzes 20 points each Homework 5 points each Participation 5 points per quarter Notebook Checks 10 points each Students will be notified of the grading of any additional assignments. Each quarter, the teacher will divide the total points possible by the total points earned by the student total points earned total points possible =grade

Mon 12:38-2:35 Wed/Fri 12:38-1:35 Students will learn about the characteristics of living things and their interactions within their environments Life Science Students will learn about magnetism, electricity, light, sound, motion, gravity, and friction Physical Science Students will learn about Rocks and Minerals; Earthquakes and Volcanoes; and Fossil Fuels Earth Science Each science unit will be supplemented by an activity or lab. These will most likely take place on Mondays since there is such a long Science Period
