2 Describe your company’s background and purpose.
Our company “HaircutOnGo” was founded in 2 young enterpeneurs to challenge the old ways of haircutting business Our company was founded in 2017 Purpose of our company is to do outcall haircutting business in our customer’s home Target Market: Age - Busy university students and busy adults Gender - We will target both sexes, with a slight skew for females due to their necessary needs Income - We will appeal to the medium income individuals and to all in the lower medium income bracket.

3 Identify your short- and long-term goals
Short term goal of our company is to forge strong long-lasting relationships with our customers, make our company known and generate good revenue to upgrade our business to widen our influence Long term goal is to expand our business further into different parts of the world and dominate the market of hair-cutting

4 Do a thorough market analysis
Customers According to a recent public survey of people years old, majority of them replied that they are too busy with work or studies so much that they can’t get their haircuts on time. So our main target will be people between ages with a slight skew for females due to their necessary needs. 5 Describe your development and production emphasis.
The HaircutOnGo is considered a full-service haircutting on our customer’s houses – with services exclusively for men. We offer our clients a gentleman’s atmosphere, with complimenting services and products that include: 1. Hair: All modern styles and traditional haircuts 2. Shaves: Traditional straight edge razor shaves, hot towels, and balm treatment (Alternative shaving methods also available for those with sensitive skin). 3. Hair Removal: Hair removal on neck, nose and ears. 4. Shoe Shine: Shoe shine service available in waiting area or while services are being performed.

6 Provide an overview of the organization and its management
The management philosophy of HaircutOnGo is based on the respect of all employees, respect for every client, and individual responsibility. The management team will consist of the owner, shop manager, and assistant manager . We will hire only those who demonstrate the qualities necessary for working in a professional environment, and the willingness to move forward to continuing education.

7 Describe how you’ll market your product or service
Overall marketing strategy We believe that the age group from 20 to 50 is the primary age where our outcall service barber business could take place. They are on limited or fixed incomes and seek a value/price relationship that will not stretch their budgets. Busy students or working adults with no time to spare is our greatest potential customers Advertising Social media advertisement (Through facebook and twitter) TV ads Introduce “HaircutOnGo” smartphone application

8 Competitive edge Our competitive edge is a combination of our unique services, express services, and our interaction with our clients. By providing our clients a gentleman’s cutting and provide world class services, we will build relationships of trust and satisfaction. Our clients will come to depend on our unique service sand fulfilling environment.

9 Identify the critical risks and contingencies facing the organization
Difficulties and risks This business is a new type of business so no one on the market has the experience to give us any advice on how to run this business. Will have hard time competing with the traditional barbershops. As people have been going to barbershops for all their lives it will be hard on our business to pick up the pace in the short term. Basically means we have to promote our business in a way that people want to call us. Financing the business is the core difficulty of any business

10 Financial Plan The premier element in our financial plan is initiating, maintaining, and improving the factors that create, stabilize, and increase our cash flow: 1. We must create visibility so as to create customer flow. 2. We must maintain a dependable, cheerful employee force so as to minimize turnover. 3. Create a brisk turnaround on our retail products, always maintaining viable stock levels. 4. Ask your Leasing Representative for samples of 2-year financial projections tables.
