2 Rusty crayfish Origin: U.S. states of Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, and Tennessee How it arrived?: Anglers use them as baits Organisms it affected: native crayfish, worms, snails, leeches Impact on economy/ environment: reducing the variety of aquatic foods, decreasing the amount of native crayfish for seafood industry Method of control: restoring predators of bass, and pesticides

Origin: Europe, Asia How it arrived: Introduction by Spanish explorer to the United States What organisms are effected: trees, seedlings and eating acorns Impact on environment/ economy: not many acorns are available after they eat them to regrow, trees are damaged from boars rubbing their scent on them, and consuming seedlings Methods of control: trapping, shooting and quarantining feral pigs
