1 Meetoo Tips

2 Ways to maximise participation in Meetoo
For large audiences communicate the use of the app prior to the session. The Meeting ID doesn’t need to be sent at this point, this is provided at the start of the session. Encourage download and participation and by displaying a slide as they enter the room (like slide below) Introduce Meetoo at the start of your session and explain how you will be using it and what they need to do. Encourage Q&A and discussion via Meetoo. Post a host message via the dashboard to welcome people and encourage questions, comments and likes (read more about host messages here - us/articles/ Can-the-meeting-host-respond-to-messages-) Address questions at set points throughout your session and/or at the end. You can view the messages via your Meetoo dashboard or by logging into your session via the Meetoo app on your own mobile device or via the Meetoo projectors on screen (read more about projectors here - projector-) Keep Meetoo referenced throughout your presentation by including the web link at the bottom of each slide. People can then join the discussion and polls at any point. Example at bottom of this slide. web.meetoo.io/xxxxxxxxx
