3 How to log into Mastery Connect
Go to Login Enter your Select “Forgot Password” Reset Your Password using the link Login to Mastery Connect with your and new password

4 General Overview of Homepage
Left side-About Me Middle-Newsfeed (people you follow and your own newsfeed) Right-Trackers, assessments, and additional help

5 Edit Profile Two ways to “Edit Profile” Creating a profile picture
Select the green edit profile button located under the profile picture OR click the picture to change photo Both ways will bring you to the edit profile page Creating a profile picture Take a photo from your webcam Upload a photo from your computer Get a photo from Facebook Select the options that apply to you Roles, subjects, grades, years taught & short bio if you would like Save changes

6 Edit Password Click on the green “edit profile” button under your profile picture In the gray toolbar, find the second tab named “password” Enter your new password and save

7 Edit School Click on the green “edit profile” button under your profile picture In the gray toolbar, find the second tab named “school” Type the zip code of your school location Find the school you are affiliated with Submit request

8 Notifications Click on the green “edit profile” button under your profile picture In the gray toolbar, find the second tab named “ Notifications” Select the preferences you would like Blue check marks indicate setting is turned on Uncheck the box to clear the check mark to turn this setting off Save changes

9 Trackers Every class you teach has a tracker
Every tracker has to be made from a curriculum map If you don’t add the CCS curriculum map, students can’t take benchmark Click on curriculum maps and click “shared with me” +Create tracker from map Import students from SIS (this is pushed from PowerSchool) Create how many classes are taught and create trackers for each one If you don’t have any “shared with me” you must add a curriculum map

10 Adding Assessments First First click on Assessments green tab
click +Add Assessment (orange tab is now allowed)

11 Create Assessment Complete the following information: Subject Title
Description Assessment Source Privacy Question Type Number of Questions Scoring (Use Mastery Level Sheet)

12 Administering Assessments and Benchmark
Once you created a tracker and added your student information, you will see your class Hover over or click on the title of the benchmark Click any standard and it will create a code for the students The code you will see when you select “assess” to assign to students

13 Taking a Benchmark Students will go to: student.masteryconnect.com
They will see an option to enter a Test ID Give students the code from when you created the benchmark Student login to Mastery Connect Video
