2 Vision and Mission Vision:
Society informed on the practical achievements, benefits and advantages of the e-governance and on the opportunities to use them in households and employment. Mission: Mobilizing all communication channels in order to reach the end-user in the most affordable way for him through the most commonly used means of communication

3 The Strategy aims: To outline the framework for the promotion of e-governance in Bulgaria with a view to its full entry into the daily life of Bulgarians and thus help achieve the goals of the Common Strategy for E-governance in the Republic of Bulgaria

4 Expected outcomes User to be aware of the availability of e-services;
User to understand the functions of various applications and their abilities for application and receipt of e-services; User to be interested to use electronic services; User to use electronic services; User to be satisfied with the e-services used User to recommend electronic services to others

5 Main Stakeholders in the Implementation of the Strategy
Council on E-Governance Operational Coordination body for the development of e-governance Ministries and Departments Municipal and District Administrations ICT Companies NGOs Media PR Agencies Scientific and educational organizations (BAS, Universities)

6 Basic Principles of E-Governance Promotion
Differentiation Equal access Building Trust Decentralization Sustainability and Transparency Effective use of all communication channels Accessible way of presenting the information

7 Main Priorities Focusing the efforts of public administration at central and local level to promote the achievements of e-governance through: Improvement of the portals of the PA; Launch of awareness raising campaigns; Information of, promotion among and training of the PA staff involved in delivery of e-services - through seminars, training, education and demonstration activities Effective use of the potential of the Internet and providers Targeted use of media Active involvement of ICT companies and NGOs
