3. General Guidelines Pack of multiple sets Primary Packaging Size
Primary brand packaging is mandatory
Brand packaging should be undamaged and intact.
Size
All dimensions of size mentioned on the product box or the actual product should be matched with the product description on PayTm
Pack of multiple sets
Number of items are same as mentioned on Paytm web page.
If a pack contains 3 water bottles of different colors and capacity, then Pack of will be packed as 3

4. General Guidelines MRP Color In Box Content & Accessories
MRP on the tag should match the MRP mentioned in the product description on PayTm
Color
Colors of the product should exactly match the color mentioned on Paytm webpage (Image & Description).
In Box Content & Accessories
All the items mentioned in the product description page should be dispatched (eg. Extra pressure cooker rubber, whistle)
All items outside the brand-box or any freebie, if provided by the company or the vendor, should be dispatched in undamaged condition
Ensure no partial shipping. Example: For 10 pc dinner set all item should be there .
