2 IOF Anti-doping work 1 January 2015 – New World Anti-doping Code from WADA IOF modified its AD rules to meet the new code IOF started modification of AD testing practices in accordance with the new rules IOF is WADA Compliant for the new code Compliance review will be done by WADA beginning af 2017

Previously and for 2016 based upon performance at World Championships and in World Rankings Many of these athletes are already in NADO RTPs, i.e. duplication of work. 8 WADA Independent Person(IP)/McLaren report
Update on IOF statement of July 27, 2016 Regarding WADA recommendations: No evidence found to prohibit RUS participation at IOF Events Report intelligence fed into the IOF AD work Accreditation to WOC was refused for one Russian Regional Sports Ministry Official Regarding IOC recommendations The WSOC 2017 in Krasnoyarsk, RUS will proceed as planned as well as FISU Universiade 2019 AD management will be fully reviewed Russia is welcome to submit bids for future IOF Events Any further information which becomes available as a result of the IPs continued investigation will be reviewed by the IOF.

9 IOF General Assembly Resolution
The members of the International Orienteering Federation resolve to; Condemn any forms of doping in sport, as defined by the World Anti- Doping code, whether they be state-sponsored, individually, entourage or otherwise initiated. Uphold the values of fair-play and a sport clean of betting, doping and rules violations Adhere to the IOF Code of Ethics and embrace the good governance of our sport.
