John has numerous years of experience and success working with people who’s problems have been as varied as...
Stress management, poor physical health, chronic physical pain, low self-esteem, feeling alone or isolated, anger, deep anxiety, and relationship problems.
John has a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling, a Diploma in Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy and is currently in advanced training leading up to my Certificate in Transactional Analysis.
John has worked one on one with people for over twenty years.
Initially as a personal trainer and now as a psychotherapist.
Always with a view to helping people get more out of their lives, feel energized and be well.
John is a member of the United Kingdom Association of Transactional Analysis, the European Association of Transactional Analysis and the International Association of Transactional Analysis and he complies with their codes of ethics.
