To introduce you to Reynolds Community College’s center for teaching and learning To demonstrate how the key faculty development areas emerged directly from instructional and institutional priorities To provide some samples of professional development courses (workshops) that can be replicated within other institutions To highlight database applications that assist in structuring and assessing faculty development To demonstrate strategies for identifying key procedures for the creation of meaningful faculty development programming Goals & Objectives of the Session

At the heart of Reynolds’ CFE is the focus on teaching and learning and on best practices grounded in scholarship and research. Workshops are developed with and delivered by faculty leaders.
