January 1921 – 6 books from the collection of Kerch Department of Russian Society of Fisheries and Fish Farming September 1921 – 611 books, 37 maps and charts 1922 – private collection of the late ichthyologist Kavraysky F.F. was donated to the library, which now included 979 books in Russian and 911 in English and German 1925 – 3,670 books and journals 1941 – YugNIRO evacuation from Kerch due to the WWII, complete loss of the library collection 1943 – restoration began: 150 first books 1946 – 1,570 books
