Home owners should update current vendors at
Community.dwellinglive.com/login
Mailed access code-sent to address on file with Resort – update as soon as you get the access code.
Or you may fill out a paper update- Gate house may call upon arrival
Visitor/Vendor receives guest pass for dashboard
Homeowners: household residents, visitors, and vendors
Vendors: pool, pest control, nurses, HomeWatch

4. Website Walk Thru login Update
Add household members, regular vendors, visitors
Adding app to your smart phone
Or you can still call the guest in
You must add permanent guests by May 1, or at the time of your new Homeowner/Renter orientation

9. Cameras Guard house will have 2 cameras
Additional cameras added at the Amenity Center
After hour unauthorized access
Guard can ask person/s to leave as pool/spa is closed
