Stronger Appeals- Goal $400K More targeted prospect segmentation Tracking of lapsed donors Online & Video Messaging- 11 Videos and over 200 targeted blasts Faculty & Staff Campaign- Goal-$130K, 75% Faculty, 50% Staff 2010 to 2011- Staff giving rose from 15% to 32% Faculty giving rose from 17% to 65% Total raised: $112, 788 Class Chairmen Program- Goal $600K Cadet Calling Center- Goal $280K

16 How to Succeed in 2012 Class Letters
Commit to writing 2 letters in 2012 Timely, in coordination with Elizabeth’s schedule Spring letter due March 26th Thorough and informative Make your annual gift first “Will you join me in making a gift in 2012?” Assist with Address and Updates Contact Elizabeth or Ryan Utilize Our Interactive Website~ Foundation.citadel.edu Utilize Ryan’s expertise as a resource for training Set Annual Goals The annual giving team will meet with all Chairmen in person or via phone call to set realistic and motivating goals this spring
