Information and Communication
If there is a cancellation or change to events it will be made on the website & with Remind 101 Coaches will update students and parents if/ when a change in dates/locations/times occur. 24 hour rule NEW Entrance fee Home and Away: $5 – Adults $3 – Student/Seniors Home event parking – please do not pull around back, we are required to keep it clear for emergencies only. Students with late practice or games must leave the building after school unless supervised by coach or team adult

$5 – Adult $3 – Student (1-12) and Seniors Genoa ONLY Home event Family Pass $51 credit toward game tickets for $40 Available in the front office – NOT at the gate

Eligibility GPA Requirement Pass 5 classes Check your schedule closely Do not drop or change a class before consulting with coach, athletic director or school counselor

Residence – you must be a resident of the Westerville City School district to be eligible If you turn 15 before August 1 you are ineligible You may not participate on a non-school team during the season You cannot practice or play unless you are in attendance for at least half of the school day (when in doubt please call) All paperwork and payment must be turned in before event participation – last years fees and fines due before practicing this year Pay to Participate is $75 per sport / Family cap $300 Checks made to Westerville City Schools or can be done on-line with EZpay

RISK OF INJURY All interscholastic sports activities have inherent dangers. The mere nature of the sports activities makes it possible for the participant to sustain injury; some could result in paralysis or even death.
