Commitment to our sponsors
UDH’s 2017 Fundraising Affair is the fourth fundraising event hosted by UDH’s Committee, a dynamic group of socially conscious people who have a passion for higher education, and are committed to helping Haitian students reach their full potential and contribute to the future of Haiti. As you may already know, UDH is a non-profit organization dedicated to assist Haitian students who aspire to obtain a university degree and further their education. Since 2011, UDH has helped over 1,500 students by offering them equipment, school supplies as well as scholarship, rotational, financial and logistical assistance. Some our core activities have been: 1. The annual sponsorship of University Notre Dame of Haiti’s students’ sponsorship to Boston to participate in the Cambridge Health Alliance Summer Intern Program. 2. A scholarship program that sponsors university students living in Haiti facing financial hardship.

Commitment to our sponsors – Continue
. Commitment to our sponsors – Continue As part of UDH’s community engagement and outreach, Kwen Santé was established and has been producing a weekly radio program called: Health Corner - a weekly radio show that educates and raises public awareness about primary care while seeking to empower patients with vital education/information that allows them to become better advocates for their health. Kwen Sante’s goal is to promote preventive medicine as a mean to achieve overall health. This year, our goal is to raise $50,000 to fund our community health and outreach program while expanding the scope of UDH’s weekly radio broadcast show to the Haitian community: KwenSante (Health Corner). Those funds will also provide ongoing scholarship and mentorship programs as well as financial support, supplies, and materials to Haitian students.
