Our Goal We are committed to nothing less than every West County child graduating from high school prepared for college, career and life. By 2025, we will double the number of West County children and youth who earn a post-secondary degree or certificate.

Action Team Chairs The co-chairs of each Action Team (AT) are meant to serve as thought partners to the backbone staff facilitating the monthly AT meetings. Primary functions of the co-chair: Represent the AT at Policy Team (PT) Help the backbone staff make connections across the various pieces of the effort’s work, Represent the PT perspective during AT meetings Share details of the AT meeting discussions back to PT. The primary function of the co-chair from the AT is to contribute content expertise to the AT meeting agendas, discussions, and decisions. In addition to attending the ~2 hour meeting per month, the co-chair role requires an additional investment of 2-4 hours / month, depending on the workload / stage of the group.
