NEVER discipline elementary students
NEVER discipline elementary students!! Our goal is to build trust with small children. Leave any and all discipline to the homeroom teacher. If a problem arises talk to the HRT after class. The same applies to JHS, when in doubt get a JTE However, you are an adult, so don’t be afraid to be firm. DISCIPLINE 10

SPEECH CONTEST DIVISIONS
1st grade has two options Skit or individual 2nd grade is recitation 3rd grade has two separate divisions Recitation Speech SPEECH CONTEST DIVISIONS 16

Three judges will assign scores based on; pronunciation, intonation, gestures, eye contact, and volume. Students must complete their speeches in the allotted time. Only Japanese students may be in speech. No students who have lived abroad may compete either. First place winners will move on to All Chiba. SPEECH CONTEST RULES 17
