1st grade has two options

2nd grade is recitation
3rd grade has two separate divisions

17. Three judges will assign scores based on; pronunciation, intonation, gestures, eye contact, and volume.
Students must complete their speeches in the allotted time.
Only Japanese students may be in speech. No students who have lived abroad may compete either.
First place winners will move on to All Chiba.
