Our Curriculum What we teach and why:
As a PYP school, children are taught through a programme of inquiry which uses thematic units of inquiry in which they explore relevant, interesting and challenging topics ensuring full coverage of a broad and balanced curriculum as they move through the Primary School. Teachers actively reflect on the Units and activities within these Units to ensure that they are age appropriate, relevant and effective. Our curriculum is aligned with the UK National Curriculum. Our benchmarks and levels of achievement correlate with the UK national curriculum. There are clear expectations for achievement at each level.
