EM Cleanup Program EM is an operational federal program performing a wide variety of tasks to clean up the environmental legacy of the U.S. nuclear weapons complex: PACKAGE STORAGE BUILD & TREAT EXCAVATE TRANSPORT DEMOLISH SAFEGUARD
