What is the Book Club Program?
Book Club Program, also referred to as LAP (Learning Assistance Program), is a Washington State-Funded program that provides additional academic support to eligible students. LAP funds at Creekside Elementary are used first to target reading intervention for students in grades K-2. LAP provides supplemental reading support to selected students All elementary schools in the ISD receive FTE for LAP teachers. Creekside is allocated 0.6 for our LAP program.
