2. Position Description Review

3. Plenary Planning Observations:
IEEE-CS staff were invaluable for event planning
Hand-off / debrief with Andy very useful
Position description useful, but will need clarification once the President role is defined
Future events – hopefully we can organize something in Canada

4. Operational Observations
So far, I see the need for more executive communication in regularly scheduled meetings (i.e. bi-monthly or at least monthly)
Participation in the Board meetings is useful as well
Recommend these be monthly, with reports from working group leads

5. EVP Operations Priority
Work with the President and the EVP Marketing for develop a 5 year strategic plan
Work with the treasurer on a sustainable revenue model
Work with the Board to modify operational policies and procedures to meet FEAPO’s strategic goals
Get to know the member delegates and the needs of the FMOs

6. Event Planning Next Summit – May or June 2016 Next Workshop (?)
