6. Interactive function
The interactive function accompanied with the interactive pen and pinpointer allows writing and drawing on any projection surface, thereby eliminating any need for an interactive whiteboard
Presentations can be designed in more interesting and interactive fashion making them more appealing for school- and educational software applications
Integrated mouse function enables control of the PCs via the projection surface.
Displayed whiteboard contents may be saved as JPG image files for future use.

7. Interactive function Functionality:
Select 13 points for calibration on the projection surface by utilising the interactive pen
Once the interactive pen touches the projection surface during the presentation, an infrared signal is transmitted and in turn recognized by the camera to determine the exact position of the pen

As part of environmentally friendly product development, the amount of chemically harmful materials and components in end products is reduced.

14. Eco-friendliness
WEEE Directive – Disposal of electrical and electronic waste products
Electrical and electronic equipment that falls under the 2002/96/EC Directive is no longer allowed to be disposed of with ordinary waste, but instead may only be disposed of by public waste disposal authorities, after which the products are returned to the manufacturer and importer. SANYO is working together with e-back GmbH to achieve this.
Power consumption in standby mode
From 2010, all of SANYO's new projectors will comply with the current EU regulation (no.1275/2008) governing the power consumption of household and office equipment in standby and off modes. This regulation stipulates that the power consumption in standby or off mode may not exceed 1.0 W when information and status displays are not enabled (except network-controlled projectors).

15. Eco-friendliness Eco mode
This is an environmentally friendly, energy-saving function that reduces the projector's illumination by up to 20%, thereby cutting power consumption. It also minimises fan noise and increases the lamp life.
Direct Power Off
This function enables the projector to be unplugged immediately after it has been switched off. This prevents power being used whilst the projector interior is cooling down.
Energy-saving function
To reduce power consumption and to ensure longer lamp life, the lamp is automatically switched off when no input signal has been detected for a relatively long period of time or when the device is not operated.
