2 Introduction Following eYETS lesson learned restitution in OMP on May 15th 2017, decision was made to implement the 3 following Workgroups: Improvement of Work Permit management Implementation of Guidelines for Planning and Coordination Re-foundation of Instrumentation Templates This presentation defines more precisely Workshops organization and deliverables.

3 Improvement of Work Permit management
OBJECTIVE Lesson learned sessions after eYETS revealed room for improvement in the use of Work Permits. This workgroup shall clarify and communicate required practices applicable on the field. PARTICIPANTS ML : Frederic FERRAND, Nicolas GUILLOTIN, Sigrid KNOOPS OP : Gérard FERLIN, Lionel HERBLIN, Laurent DELPRAT SercAL : Julien RIGOT, Francine CARVALHO, Constance GALL DELIVERABLES Clarify of scope applicable for Work Permit in CRG Updated Work Permit Procedure for maintenance and consolidation work on CRG equipment Create list defining signatory power for internal and external staff Test, amend and implement new Work Permit documents from SercAL Define guidelines for Log Out Tag Out procedure for fluids Assessment of the existing procedure for Log Out Tag Out procedure for Electricity Ensure training modules are made available and updated for new comers and recycle INPUTS Existing Work Permit Procedure Existing LOTO procedure & documents Existing IMPACT procedure HSE and European/Swiss regulatory documents Safety Audits done during eYETS Feedback from new SercAL work permit document test during CAST SD in May-17 Audit required by the workgroup External benchmark from gas or chemical industry Support sections ? How to ensure that specific condition of staff and FSU from support section will be taken into account ? ROADMAP & INTENSITY Kick Off date : 23/06/2017 Done Target date : TS1 LHC Jul-17, YETS Dec-17 Workgroup duration : 6 months from June to December 2017 Follow-up Meetings : 1h twice a month, date & time TBC Documents creation & review : ~15h in total / people

OBJECTIVE Formalize Standard Practices for planning and coordination during Shut Down PARTICIPANTS ML : Frederic FERRAND, Nicolas BONETTI OP : Krzysztof BRODZINSKI, Lionel HERBLIN ME : Jos METSELARR, S JUNKER CE : Thomas BARBE, Marco PEZZETTI CI : Nikolaos TRIKOUPIS SercAL : Philippe PIFFET (New Maintenance Manager starting July 3rd 2017), Richard BECK DELIVERABLES Write general procedure for maintenance Shut Down : TS, YETS, LS Create standard preparation planning with inputs and outputs requirements within CRG and with SercAL Define Guidelines for planning management within CRG sections Define onsite coordination requirements Follow and audit preparation of YETS based on made recommendations INPUTS eYETS preparation files DFS LS1 & eYETS lesson learnet related to Planning and coorination ME activities Project planning OPEN QUESTIONS General procedure : procedure/method for the planning and coordination of maintenance works during SD (TS,…) ?? OBJECTIVE Standardize Instrumentation and Safety Chains maintenance requirements from project to operation PARTICIPANTS CE : Simon MARTIN, Marco PEZZETTI ML : Frederic FERRAND, Sigrid KNOOPS, Jean-Paul LAMBOY OP : Benjamin BRADU, Kamel HAFI, Remi MAUNY SercAL : Philippe PIFFET, Stéphane CALLEJA CI : Juan CASAS-CUBILLOS DELIVERABLES Procedure for Safety Chain database management from Engineering to Operation phase Write Guideline for instrumentation tolerances requirements and equipment acceptance tests Validate requirements to manage instrumentation data within Infor database Review Work Instructions and Forms for instrumentation produced by SercAL INPUTS Existing template database used by SercAL Existing Work Instructions & Forms used by SercAL New Safety chain template presented by CE Electrical Schematics database managed by CE OPEN QUESTIONS Infor Database : Redundant or possible interference with the datasheet linked to the instrumentation category ? ROADMAP & INTENSITY Kick Off date : 07/07/2017 To Be Confirmed Target date : YETS Sep-17 Workgroup duration : 6 months from June to November Follow-up Meetings : 1h per week, date & time TBC Documents creation & review : 20 to 30h in total / people + implementation by SercAL 50 to 80h in total / people
