2. Introduction
Following eYETS lesson learned restitution in OMP on May 15th 2017, decision was made to implement the 3 following Workgroups:
Improvement of Work Permit management
Implementation of Guidelines for Planning and Coordination
Re-foundation of Instrumentation Templates
This presentation defines more precisely Workshops organization and deliverables.

3. Improvement of Work Permit management
OBJECTIVE
Lesson learned sessions after eYETS revealed room for improvement in the use of Work Permits. This workgroup shall clarify and communicate required practices applicable on the field.

Updated Work Permit Procedure for maintenance and consolidation work on CRG equipment

Define guidelines for Log Out Tag Out procedure for fluids
Assessment of the existing procedure for Log Out Tag Out procedure for Electricity
Ensure training modules are made available and updated for new comers and recycle

4. Implementation of Guidelines for Planning and Coordination

Formalize Standard Practices for planning and coordination during Shut Down
