Success Story CS Mining We asked the important questions! Has testing been done? Who did it? Can we have 10 gallons of sample for our own testing? Can we test at site in your lab? If we get results from testing that show a smaller unit, and provide a process warranty, will you entertain it? What is the project schedule? What is driving the project schedule? Have we been to the customer’s site?

Lessons Learned Keep in contact!
Be intimately involved in the early stages and bring our process expertise to bear. Early support will lead to PO’s! If we are not helping guide the project and a revised request for quotation (RFQ) comes out, it means we are not in the driver’s seat and we are a check price. If we see a revised RFQ in that situation, we should ask: “Why did the RFQ change?”
