Suppliers must comply with strict QA standards to be approved Food Supplier Questionnaire to ensure full compliance Environmental Health Office / Dept of Agriculture registration External Audit (BRC/ISO e.g.) or EHO Audit report HACCP procedures and documentation Documented and tested product recall procedures Hygiene, food safety and pest control policy documentation Staff training on food safety procedures Traceability throughout supply chain – vendor control policy Product Approval Detailed product specifications Labelling complying with all FSAI and EU regulations
