Long induction period to build confidence through sitting in with GPs/nurses/pharmacists
Initially ½ hr appointments 20 mins 15mins in learner-centred manner with view to 13minute appointments pre-CSA
Innovative tutorials eg CSA role plays, trip to British Museum
4 GP trainers imminently and 2-3 GP trainees at any one time.
Thursday afternoon practice closes for clinical meeting/MDT/staff training and tutorials!
