The Office of Student Activities is responsible for the general supervision & establishment of student organizations on the Morgan Campus. The Office assists individual students as well as student organizations in the creation, implementation and evaluation of social, educational, cultural and recreational programs that contribute to the academic growth and personal development of all students at the University.

8. Meal Plans
Our meal plans have been designed to accomodate the various needs of our students. With our meal plans, you will have the option of eating up to 19 meals on campus each week. When you become a meal plan member, your BEARCard becomes your pass to use your plan in Rawlings Dining Hall and the University Food Court through meal equivalency. Each time you use a meal, it is subtracted from your weekly balance. Meals do not carry over from week to week and the meal plan resets every Sunday night. A valid BEARCard must be presented to enter the dining hall and your card is non-transferable.

9. Dorm Costs
The housing application must be returned to The Office of Residence Life & Housing, along with the non-refundable $200 Housing Application Fee.

10. Available Scholarships
Honors Scholarships These awards are available to entering freshmen with high SAT scores and honors high school grade point averages. Average award ranges up to $13,975 per year. Awards are automatically renewable with required grade point average. For details, students should contact:
Institutional Scholarships These awards are available on a limited basis to new and continuing Morgan students, and they are based on need and academic average. Award amounts vary. For details, students should contact the Director of the University Honors Program.
Diversity Grants Grants and internships are awarded to eligible enrollees who are residents of the State of Maryland. Awards range up to $2000 per year. For details, students should contact the Admissions Office:
Athletic Grants These grants are available to selected participants on intercollegiate athletic teams. Amounts vary and are determined by the University Athletic Department. For details, students should contact the Financial Assistance Office.
ROTC Scholarships Four-year Army ROTC scholarships are offered by the U.S. Army to selected high school seniors who desire to pursue a military career. These scholarships pay for all tuition, books, and laboratory fees and provide a $100 monthly allowance. Applications are accepted from July 1st until December 1st of each year. Three, two and one-year scholarships are awarded to college freshmen, sophomores and juniors, respectively, on a competitive basis.
