Protect citizen rights.

Bill of Attainder
Convict a person of a crime without trial.
Congress cannot pass laws like this.

First: Write down five powers that Congress has.
Second: Draw a line next to each power ______ and rank the powers from 1 to 5. (1 being the most important, down to 5 being the least important)
Third: Once finished ranking the powers, select 2 of the powers and in a paragraph for each power, explain why you ranked each power the way you did and why you think Congress needs that power today.
Grading: 1 point for each power and rank, 5 points for each paragraph, must have a detailed explanation on ranking and why Congress needs each power.
