It can change the temperature, shape, speed, or direction of an object

Electromagnetic – energy of light and other forms of radiation (radio, UV, X-ray); it travels in waves.
Thermal – Heat energy. The hotter the object, the faster its molecules are moving.

Sound- energy that causes air and other molecules to vibrate in waves.
