1 TEST PREP SEMINARS 2017 PayPal Buttons Lets Begin!
How to set up a PayPal for a school so they can go on the website we are using (E-Commerce WOO) and register for a Boot Camp using the school code they were give. Lets Begin! Test Prep 2017 C TPS PPR REV Updated: Feb 2017

2 The program that we are going to use is called “E-Commerce WOO”
If you are unaware of the username and password we use for E-Commerce WOO, this is how you access those and this will be your first step. 1. Look for the “File” icon on your screen as shown in picture 1. 2. Click on that and what will pop up is showed in picture 2. 3. All the way on the left hand side click on “Server Data” as shown in picture 3. 4. After clicking “Server data” Continue to follow the numbers by clicking on what each says at the top of picture 4. 1 2 3 2 3 4 4

3 1 2 3 Those will be what you are using to access “E-Commerce WOO”.
5. Scroll down on the Excel sheet and find “E-Commerce WOO” as shown in picture 1. 6. After you have found where “E-Commerce WOO” is located, scroll back to the top of the screen and look for the words “User ID” and “Password” as shown in picture 2. Those will be what you are using to access “E-Commerce WOO”. 7. Back down in the “E- Commerce Woo” Category, locate the website as shown in picture 3. Click it and it will bring you to the website to enter the User ID and password. 1 2 3

4 1 Taking a look at picture 1, this is what will appear on your screen after clicking the link to the Website. 8. Proceed to entering in the User ID and password that you found on the Excel spread sheet.

5 1 After you log into the website the “Home” page is called the Dashboard as shown in picture Scroll down the page and on the left hand side and put your curser over “Products” as shown in picture a “pop” out will appear with the word “products” again. Go ahead and click on it. After clicking “products” what will appear will be shown in picture 3. 2 3

6 When looking at picture 1 on the right, that is what you currently will have on your screen
11. Proceed to look at picture 2 and click the drop down on the 4th column called “select a category”. 12. Select “Boot Camps” and then go to the 6th column on the far right titled “Filter” as shown in picture 2 as well. 13. Move your curser over the different “Boot Camps” and click “duplicate” on the Boot Camp you are going to create as shown in picture 3 with the arrow. 1 2 3

7 After clicking “duplicate” what is shown in picture 1 is what your screen should look like.
14. Now you want to change the name of your “PayPal” to whatever Boot Camp you are doing and the school name. You want something similar to what is shown in picture 2 (Make sure to delete “(Copy)” 15. After changing the name, go ahead and click “edit” as shown in picture 3. 16. Make sure that your URL as shown in picture 4, matches what you have edited and typed like picture 2. 17. After making sure those are all correct, hit “OK” as shown in picture 5. 1 2 3 5 4

8 After clicking “OK” as shown on the last page, after you scroll down a bit, you will see something similar to what is shown in picture one. Never edit that because it will already be done for you based off of whatever boot camp you chose. 18. Continue to scroll past what is shown in picture one until you see “Regular price ($)” as shown in picture two. 19. If the price is already correct, you will not need to do anything with it. If it is not correct, highlight it and backspace to enter in the correct amount of the boot camp you are setting up. 20. If you are doing a “Sale Price” hit ‘schedule” on the right hand side as shown in picture 3. 21. After clicking “schedule” what should happen is what is shown in picture 4. proceed to enter the start date and end date for parents/students to long on and pay for their Boot Camp. 1 2 3 4

9 After you are done adding your price or adding your sales price, your page should look like picture 1. 22. Go ahead and click on “inventory’ on the left hand side, and when you do what is shown in picture 2 should appear. 23. Click in the “SKU” box and proceed to type the school code for whatever school you are preparing your Boot Camp PayPal for. 24. When you are finished it automatically saves so you will not need to click “save” or “ok” or anything along those lines. 1 2

10 1 25. After you are done entering the “SKU” you will want to scroll down the page until what you see in picture 1 appears. 26. You are going to want to highlight the current address that will be shown in picture 1 that the first arrow is pointed too and delete it. Proceed to putting in the current address of wherever the Boot Camp is being HELD at and do the date of the Boot Camp along with that as well as shown where the second arrow is pointed to.

11 1 27. After you have completed the saving of the address and date, you want to scroll to the top of the page and locate the word “Publish” as shown in picture 1. After you hit “Publish” You will have then created a PayPal for students to register themselves for a Boot Camp! Congratulations! When you have published you PayPal account for whatever school, it will appear back on the “main page” as shown in picture 2 where it all started. 2

12 1 2 3 How to Close a PayPal: How to Re-Open a PayPal:
When you want to close down a PayPal, you will simply want to run your mouse over the word “Trash” when you are on the “home page” like the last picture on the previous page. Look at picture 1 on the right for an example of where to locate the word “trash’. How to Re-Open a PayPal: When you want to “bring back” a PayPal you deleted on purpose or maybe on accident, you simply want to click on the trash folder at the top of the page as shown in picture 2 and hit restore as shown in picture 3. 1 2 3
