CHART 14 eBusiness for OtC designed to enhance self-serve experience New Supply Management System (SMS) Interface Invoice presentment (replacing Biller Direct) Service requests (dispute management for invoices) Account access management (managing user IDs and profiles) For Imperial fuels customers, ACE will represent a change in systems they use with IOL. Customers will go from using 2 system interfaces (SMS and Biller Direct) to 1 (ACE) SMS front end is replaced by ACE – no change to the backend, data still supplied by DTN Schneider Biller Direct is replaced by ACE for invoice presentment Additional features include the ability to dispute invoices directly from ACE and the ability to manage user access (adding, removing or editing user profiles) Other ACE features include The ability to access in various platforms (PC, Mac, smartphones and tablets) Creating alerts and notifications Having single sign on to access other IOL portals such the EssoHub (portal) and CTi And more: multi-platform enabled, alerts & notifications… Customers will go from using 2 system interfaces (SMS and Biller Direct) to 1 (ACE)

ACE is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, enabling customers to access information at any time ACE can be accessed via PC, Mac, smart phones & tablets Simply requires Internet access and a compatible web browser Ease of use Easy to use self-serve format; intuitive system enabling a positive customer experience Ability to print or download items, such as invoices, in various formats (PDF, CSV, XLS…) Ability to dispute invoices within the portal (some fields will pre-populate to help minimize user data entry) Access management Ability to self-manage user access via a primary user ID (admin ID) Opportunity to add & remove users Ability to define user access, i.e. decide who has access to create orders & view invoices by location (ship-to)

CHART 14 Here are some key notes about the transition: A letter will be sent to confirm your startup date a few weeks before go live Your user ID and password will be confirmed a few days in advance of your go live date; we will be using existing SMS & Biller Direct IDs where possible To log in to ACE, simply go to cs-selfserve.exxonmobil.com from a web browser on a PC, Mac, smartphone or tablet (Chrome V18+, Safari 6+, Firefox v10+, IE10+, Android 4.3+, iOS ).
