10. Statistical information in the Internet in extensive publications?
What is the challenge
to allow quick publishing of information
to maintain a clear extensive package in a form of ”publication”, where all information of that reference time is to be found
the publication must be arhivable, it must be unambiguously identifiable and referenceable
so it should be a publication, which can be published in different dates, yet it should be clearly identifiable as one publication containing all relevant information of a certain reference time in one extensive and unambiguous package
Answer is a multi-volume publication?
”An ISBN must be assigned to the whole set of volumes of a multi-volume work. In addition to this each individual volume must be assigned its own ISBN.” (>)
