TIRAMISU INGREDIENTS mascarpone coffee whipping cream milk sugar

Put cream in a bowl and start to whip.
1. Put cream in a bowl and start to whip. To the bowl with partially whipped cream, add 2 portions of mascarpone, sugar and mix it together. Gradually add some milk to make it lighter.

2. Make a cup of very strong coffee.
When the coffee is ready, put it with the cup to a dish full of cold water.

3. Take a big square bowl and start to put the pastry biscuits one by one, sugared side down.

4. Biscuits now wet with dark cold coffee and cover them with whipped cream. Repeat the process several times, before you get to the top. Be careful, last layer must be cream!

5. When tiramisu is done, sprinkle top with dark cocoa powder and leave in refrigerator overnight.
