Six characteristics of people who finish well. Maintain a vibrant, living relationship with Christ to the end. They never stop learning. Continue to use brains to soak up truth of Word of God. Show evidence of Holy Spirit in their lives. 4. Truth is lived out in life. 5. Leave behind one or more contributions to this world. 6. Live with a sense of destiny. Not an accident. Have a purpose to fulfill. If you’re not dead, you’re not done!

11 Legacy [leg-uh-see] 1. A gift of property, especially personal property, as money, by will; a bequest. 2. Anything handed down from the past, as from an ancestor or predecessor. 3. The lasting imprint you leave on others.

12 Proverbs 13:22 (NKJV) 22 A good man leaves an inheritance to his children’s children, But the wealth of the sinner is stored up for the righteous.

13 We all have a legacy.  And we will leave our legacy either by default or design.
Leaving a Godly Legacy is done on purpose. The legacy you leave, will it be imperishable and eternal? Or will you leave behind only tangible items—buildings, money, and/or possessions?

14 2 Timothy 1:5 (NKJV) 5 when I call to remembrance the genuine faith that is in you, which dwelt first in your grandmother Lois and your mother Eunice, and I am persuaded is in you also.
