Persuasive Speeches 101 Do not use words such as "maybe" or "might.” Instead use positive words such as "will" and "must." Supply enough information to prove your point. The Importance of Vocal Variance
Winston Churchill, one of the greatest speakers in the 20th Century, had the ability to vary the elements of his voice. Try to change your pitch and the volume of your voice about every 30 seconds. Helps people with life-threatening illnesses Helps people with substance abuse Provides aid and relief during disasters Provides homes, clothing, or food for low-income people Assists abused women and children Specifically helps children who are ill Brings relief to people in 3rd world countries Be sure to check with your teacher for approval.
