Evaluating Your Progress
Retake the health-related fitness tests. Compare your results to those at the beginning of the course. Identify changes which may be needed in your exercise program and/or lifestyle. As your lifestyle and activity preferences change, continue to reexamine your choices and make necessary modifications.
