You feel angry or soo badly or bad times .. You could go to pray about 5 to 10 mins .. Your prayers make you get better.. (it’s very important). You can relax and mediation for half hour. When you have any rosary or tasbeeh or “worry free” beads or Buddhist beads. you feel good and your spiritual keep strength.

3. Why those religion are so different way for prayers ?
Yes , those religions give us to peace. Some people worship to god or gods, they need to pray to communicate with god. Some times they thinking of god ..

4. Do you think that prayer is better ?
less stress
More space and quite place to pray.
Meditation
Read your holy books every 10 to 15 mins everyday after prayer.
It give more happy in your life.

5. Why these prayer is so important?
When you have pray on time and keep your spiritual or faith. Your relationship with your god and worship. It makes you feel better .. ;)
